1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the online video courses and online trainings  “The Hunter’s Journal and The Hunter’s  Training” (“Courses”) offered by Michal Děd, a sole trader (OSVČ) registered in the Czech Republic, Identification No. 74280601, contact email: michal@huntersjournal.co (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or accessing the Course, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.


2. Description of the Service

The Hunter’s Courses are digital video programs focused on personal development and relationship training.
All content is digital (video/audio/PDF) provided in English, accessible via an online platform after payment. No physical products are delivered.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access the Course. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


4. Ordering Process

You can order the Course through our website or designated sales page.
Your order is binding once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive access instructions by email.


5. Price and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the sales page (typically USD or EUR).
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Alternative payments in cryptocurrency may be accepted by prior arrangement.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time but not retroactively for already completed purchases.


6. Delivery and Access

After successful payment, you will receive access credentials or a link to the Course, usually within minutes.
The Course is hosted on an online platform and is accessible via standard internet browsers.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login details or allow others to access the Course under your account.


7. Refund Policy – 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the Course, you may request a full refund within 14 days by emailing michal@huntersjournal.co.


Refunds will not be granted after this period or in cases of misuse or sharing of the content with third parties.

Repeated product complaints: If a customer files a complaint regarding a single product, we reserve the right to terminate our business relationship with that customer in the future, as there is a misunderstanding regarding what the customer expects and what The Hunter’s Journal offers. This customer is strongly advised not to purchase any products from The Hunter’s Journal in the future. If the customer were to make a purchase from The Hunter’s Journal again in the future, the money-back guarantee would no longer apply in their case, just as it does not apply to customers with whom cooperation has been terminated.

Returns of multiple products: If a customer has purchased multiple products from the Hunter’s Journal portfolio—for example, as part of a bulk purchase —the 14-day return period applies only to the first product purchased.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

All Course materials, including videos, texts, graphics, and concepts, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or resell any part of the Course without our written consent.


9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or access with other individuals;
  • Copy, record, or redistribute the Course content;
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or attempts to hack the Course platform;
  • Use the Course for unlawful purposes or to promote harmful behavior.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or other harm arising from your use of the Course.
Our maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course.
